Marty Wolff & Amy HildrethJust ask Marty and Amy from The Biggest Loser, who collectively lost 252 pounds on the weight loss show. They know first hand how hard it is to find delicious food on-the-go. These meals have been designed with Marty and Amy's core weight loss principles in mind. Here’s what Marty and Amy have to say:

“Women should typically eat 1200-1500 calories a day for weight loss. Men should typically eat 1500-1800 calories a day for weight loss. You choose the Fast Track meals you like, so any way you arrange them, they will fit into a 1200-1500 daily calorie plan. You can't go wrong!

On top of the meals, plan for 1-2 small snacks in between the meals (from 50-150 calories each) so you are eating every 3-4 hours. Good snack options are ones that include a protein and a high fiber carbohydrate such as an apple and a slice of low fat cheese.

Choose meals that are lower in carbohydrates after 4 p.m. Your body needs carbs for energy earlier in the day, but dinner should usually just be lean proteins and vegetables.

It is important to watch your sodium intake while trying to lose weight. Keep it between 1000-2000mg a day so your body can metabolize fat faster. Don't worry--these meals are all lower in sodium!

Exercise, Exercise, Exercise! You can't lose weight and keep it off without incorporating activity into your life. Start small with a 20 minute walk and eventually build up to an hour a day. Make it fun!

It's not easy, but it's simple. Stick it out and you will be amazed at what you can accomplish!
