Q. How many people will one entrée serve?
A. One entrée serves 4-6; depending on how hearty the appetites are around your table.

Q. Is it possible to split each entrée into two smaller portions that will feed 2-3 people?
A. Sure. We accommodate your family’s specific needs and provide smaller pans if you wish at no additional charge.    

Q. May I double up on a certain entrée?
A. You sure can. Our kitchen is yours, so choose as many of the same entrées as you'd like, as long as your total quantity equals your pre-selected order.    

Q. May I add spices and other ingredients to cater to my family’s tastes?
A. Of course! Customizing your entrees is one of the great benefits of Supper Thyme. Add a little more or leave some out to satisfy your family’s tastes. Only the meats are portion controlled.    

Q. Are beverages provided?
A. Sodas, coffee, tea, juice and water are provided as well as some tasty appetizers.    

Q. How do I transport my food home?
A. We suggest you bring a large cooler or laundry basket to transfer the meals. We also have insulated Supper Thyme coolers for easy transport which can be purchased anytime.    

Q. How often does the menu change?
A. The menu changes on the first of each month. The next month’s selections are updated on the website on the 1st of the preceding month.    

Q. Do you offer low-calorie dishes?
A. Yes. We offer a combination of yummy low-calorie menu items along with our regular menu items. See our Light & Delicious menu or our Extreme Fitness menu.   

Q.  Can I come in and prepare the Extreme Fitness 3 a Day Fast Track Meals?  
A. No, however we do prepare the meals to your specifications.  Just put a note in the special instructions section during the ordering process, or give us a call.     For many reasons, as well as space limitations this is just not an option. 

Q.  For the 3 a Day Fast Track Meals, can I switch out vegetables in the dinners?   
A.  You certainly can.  Just give us a call and we can go over the vegetable blends we offer.   

Q.  Do you feature vegetarian dishes?
A. We offer some vegetarian dishes on our monthly menus. We also have several recipes that can be customized to fit your needs.   

Q. What if I have to cancel my slot in the session?
A. We will always try to accommodate you by helping to reschedule your session. However, if you do need to cancel we request that you let us know 3 days prior to your scheduled session, and you’ll receive a 100% refund. Because we’ve already begun to select and prepare the ingredients for the session, cancellations providing less than 3 days notice will receive a 50% refund.    

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept debit cards and cash.    

Q. Do I have to use the Internet to sign up?
A. No. Feel free to call us and we'll be happy to sign you up over the phone. Just give us a call at 410-667-COOK (2665)
